Cassie & her 4 children were one of the recipients for our 10th Season. Cassie is a paraprofessional at a classroom at Oakland Education Center for the last 2 years. The bathroom in her home was in dire need of renovation due to improperly installed tile from several years ago, creating a leak into the walls & floor.

Bathroom – new tub shower, remove window, new vanity & toilet
Cassie did not have enough room for her to sit with her children at the table, so we purchased a new dining set, painted & purchased new wall decor.
We had new carpet installed in her upper bedroom & updated the room a bit as well.
We painted the living room, added several personal items & the hardwood floors were refinished.
More updating in one of the bedrooms & hardwood floors refinished.
One of the personal touches was re-creating a painting to add Cassie’s mom with her & her children.
